How Long Does Shipping Take? TOP

Custom made to order items take 2 to 3 weeks to deliver.
Do you offer refunds? TOP
Yes, we issue refunds if the item is return to us in it's original packaging including any tags. Item must be returned to us within 3 days of receipt of delivery. The return shipping package must be dated within 3 days of receipt of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost. We do not offer refunds for any personalized item. We also do not offer refunds for items that do not fit. All size charts are listed in each product description. Please measure your dog's neck before ordering. If a size chart or neck size is not listed, please feel free to contact us for the size before ordering. What forms of payments do you accept? TOP
